The double CD offers on CD I two instructions for the awareness of living stillness (Eckhart Tolle).
Instructions lead through body awareness into silence. The second instruction offers so-called reminders every 3 to 4 minutes to help you find your way back out of your thoughts into silence.
On the second CD, these two variants are underlaid with soft background music (piano & monochord).
